Order Confirmation (OC) emails will be sent to the email address provided in the order form. Payment confirmation emails on the other hand are sent after 3-4 days or after we validated your payment (no payment confirmation is sent for DPs included in the Order Form).β How to know the status of my order/s?
Check #TVSUpdates for the regular updates on KR/JP Address arrivals, Box Pick-up to PH and Box Arrival in PH. For items that are already onhand in PH, Tracking Numbers (TN) are provided via email and updated in the BOR.
1. STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION AND CHANGING OF ORDERS once order form is submitted. Please be 1485% sure before submitting orders.2. RUPOK RESPONSIBLY, PAY ON OR BEFORE THE STATED DEADLINE OF PAYMENT (DOP). Failure to pay on or before the deadline will incur PHP 20 LATE FEE PER DAY up to 1 week only. Otherwise, orders reserved will be automatically forfeited and you will be tagged as Bogus Buyer. Any down/partial payments will also be forfeited.3. CANCELLED, UNPAID ORDERS OR WITH INCOMPLETE PAYMENTS = BOGUS BUYER. All Bogus Buyers are posted and blocked from the Shoppe.4. PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE. For Preorders, The Vivi Shoppe will not be held liable for any delay, loss, damage and other circumstances beyond our control while the items are in-transit to PH. Rest assured, all updates are provided timely.5. LIABILITY ON LOCAL SHIPPING.All items that arrived in our PH Address are individually checked for its quality and completeness. We will not be held liable for any delay, loss, damage and other circumstances beyond our control when the orders are shipped to the Buyerβs address via a local courier.6. CLAIMS AND REFUNDS. For any claims (ex. missing or incorrect items delivered), please send us a full unboxing video (no edit/crop). No unboxing video = claim will not be entertained and no refund/replacement will be provided.7. ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAILS. Order confirmations (OC) will be sent to the email address provided within 2 days. Please check your inbox/spam folders.8. LOCAL SHIPPING FEE. For preorders, local shipping fee (LSF) are to be paid when the items arrive in PH. A separate email (arrival/shipping notice) will be sent out for this including all shipping instructions and important reminders.9. COMBINED SHIPPING. Combined shipping is only allowed for orders with the same ETA (ex. shipped to PH under the same box) and with other onhand items.10. SHOW RESPECT AND MAKE READING A HABIT.
